Concern us day to day,
But we never give a thought to our right,
To say just what we say.

So footballers who dip their wick,
Are really nothing new,
But what about the other stuff,
That's relevant to you?

We pride our great society,
You'd never think we'd fail,
To finally recognise that,
Free Speech is Not For Sale.

Okay, so Britney's put on weight,
Oops, sorry, "allegedly",
And that's about as close as we get,
To speech that's truly free.

Homeopaths can state their claims,
And no one bats an eye,
But dare to question sugar pills?
You're a closed-minded pharma spy!

Isn't it just a bit f*cked up,
That the stories Red Tops told,
Are not only believed but could,
Be read and understood by 7 year olds!

I'll be honest, I don't give a sh*t,
If Ralph Little's good in bed,
But I care when anti-vaxxers claims,
Could leave our children dead.

I can't give you the details,
I'm really not that bright,
I'll leave that to the experts,
Who can stand up for our rights.

Scientists offering comment with news,
Should become the national norm,
So do us all a favour,
And support the Libel Reform!
